What is a community without the individual? Without individuals, there is no such thing. That is where our passion lies – in the individual. We want to empower homeowners with knowledge.
It all started in 2005, when Hennie Theron identified some very questionable business practices that his employer was involved in. He went to the owners with this information, with the intention of protecting their properties and investments. Thus, a great passion for community scheme living was born, and how he can use his expertise to the benefit of his clients. His expansive knowledge of the legalities of community scheme living has led to him being involved in numerous legal cases. Although not an attorney himself, his network and knowledge have helped countless clients out of precarious situations.
Joined by his son in 2015, financial expertise was also added to the value chain. Over a decade of fine-tuning efficient financial management and community schemes living, any insolvent estate can be returned to a stable and thriving financial position without exorbitant levy increases.

He holds various certificates and diplomas in a diverse range of disciplines, including Labour Relations, Short Term Insurance, Call Centre Management, and Property Management. Hennie Theron, co-founder of HLT Squared Consulting, has been serving the Community Schemes Industry since 2004. He holds various certificates and diplomas in a diverse range of disciplines, including Labour Relations, Short Term Insurance, Call Centre Management, and Property Management. In the early 90s, he developed a Call Centre Management Course for a leading Management College, which was used effectively in training of Call Centre Managers for high-profile Call Centre entities such as Telkom and SAPS. He has also been instrumental in the development of Labour Relations Software and his keen interest in system development has birthed a Utility Prepaid System which is unrivaled in the Prepaid Industry. His ability to identify unfair practices in living conditions of those staying in community schemes enabled him to be instrumental in helping his clients in various High Court Matters against Municipalities and successful landmark High Court appeals against unfair Community Scheme Ombud Service (CSOS) Adjudications. Hennie has been married to Petro for 32 years and is a Father of two married children and proud grandfather of one. Hennie’s empathetic approach to people lends him well in understanding and seeking solutions to the challenges facing people living in community schemes.
